„Sehr enttäuschend!
Die Lage ist super, direkt am Wasser, schöne Aussicht auf die Marina, ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten und Ausflüge. Gesicherter Parkplatz.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr abgenutzt und wird den Fotos auf booking nicht mehr gerecht. Das Hotel reinigt die Zimmer nur einmal wöchentlich, also kein Service wie Klopapier auffüllen oder Handtücher wechseln, auch keine Betten machen. Das haben wir bei booking bei der Buchung nicht gesehen (unser Fehler). Jedoch wenn man es so handhabt dann sollten die Duschmittel sowie die Klopapierrollen auch aufgefüllt werden bevor Gäste eintreffen. Wir haben dann beides gekauft denn es war leer. Ist etwas mühsam, nach Tagen draußen in der Wildnis spät zurückzukommen um danach wegen Klorollen oder Duschmittel zu reklamieren. Definitiv Würden wir dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen.

What a bath!
The view from the balcony south ovetr the Great Sandy Strait and over to K'gari/Fraser Island (inspit eof terrible weather). Also, the nice lady at reception obliged with soup plates and putting our stuff in their oven (because our room did not have one). I had a bung shoulder and the spa bath sort of has fixed it, which is good. Secure parking was secure. The location is ideal too. Actually, the bathroom was great - spa, clean, water pressure strong, but ...
... water pressure in the kitchen was woeful. At first, struck by various rules, like keeping closed the bathroom door so as not to set off the smoke alarms and risk a AU$1,310 bill calling out the fire truck. But it turns out the warn you from the front desk before it reaches that level.
